Dr. Angela s. PRESCOTT
Dr. Angela S. Prescott is the Senior Pastor of New Life Ministries. She is the founder of Women of Virtue Ministry, Director of the Christian Counseling Ministry, Dean of New Life’s School of Ministry, and the founder of Women of Purpose Ministry, which is a mentorship program where she mentors young women through the word of God and by experience so that they will walk in their God-ordained purpose. Dr. Prescott is also the recipient of the Women of Standard Award, the Community Service Award from the 100 Black Men, the Community Action Award from the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and the Outstanding Lady of Vision Award from Vision Magazine. She is also an Executive Board member of the NAACP, in which she was awarded the Rosa Parks Freedom Award.
Overseer Prescott is the Presiding Prelate of the Champion of Eagles Fellowship which is nationally recognized with Presiding Elder Districts in Florida, Georgia, and Virginia.
Through Dr. Prescott’s no-nonsense teaching, the body of Christ understands that God’s plan for their lives was predestined before the foundation of the world. We are not here to co-exist or take sides, but we are here to kick in the very gates of hell. Dr. Prescott keeps it real as she speaks to the issues of both men and women.
Dr. Prescott has earned a Bachelor of Applied Science Bible Degree, a Master of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Christian Counseling Degree, and a Doctor of Theological Studies from Bethany Bible College and Seminary in Dothan, Alabama.
Dr. Prescott is married to Dr. Winston S. Prescott and is the proud mother of three children and the grandmother of seven.
